FREEAPC Editorial add-on · SEO and measurement
White label SEO report plugin that shows where leads come from
The APC Editorial Conversions + Report add-on counts how many leads each source brought (Google, ads, LinkedIn, AI and others), with no cookie, and builds the report for your client with your agency's brand, as PDF and by scheduled e-mail. Free for the whole domain.
- Free for the whole domain
- No cookie, no personal data
- PDF and scheduled e-mail
In short
Conversions + Report shows where every lead came from through your site's forms and how many clicks each source brought, and turns it into a white label report: with the brand of whoever delivers it, without the name of APC Editorial or jode.io.
Impressions and clicks tell you whether the site shows up. Your client wants to know something else: how many people got in touch and where they came from. That is the question this add-on answers.

Lead sources
Every lead with the right source.
Attributing a lead's source means saying which channel brought the person who filled in the form. Without it, SEO is measured in visits only, and the client doesn't see what they pay to get.
In APC Editorial, the source is decided in the visitor's browser, once per visit, and the lead takes the source of the visit in which the form was sent. The lead counts for the page where the person entered the site, not for the form's page: the article that brought the visitor in gets the credit, even if the contact happens on another page.
Visits that arrive from assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Copilot get a row of their own. In many analytics tools they get mixed with other sites; here you see, separately, how many leads AI search already brings.
| Source | What counts | Where the clicks come from |
|---|---|---|
| Google organic | People who came from Google search | From Search Console |
| Google Ads | Google and YouTube ads | Visits counted by APC |
| Meta Ads | Facebook and Instagram ads tagged as a paid campaign (UTM) | Visits counted by APC |
| LinkedIn posts and ads | Visits counted by APC | |
| AI | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and other assistants | Visits counted by APC |
| Direct / no origin | Typed address, bookmarks and apps that don't say where the person came from | Visits counted by APC |
| Other sites | Bing and other search engines, social posts that are not ads, tagged e-mails and sites that link to you | Visits counted by APC |
| Not recorded | Leads whose source could not be noted | Stays out of the total % |
The Clicks column shows, for Google organic, the clicks from Search Console; for the other sources, the visits APC counted.
What it does
From the count to the report, with no spreadsheet.
A window to check the numbers and a page to build and send the report.
The Conversions window
The Conversions button, next to Customize on the Search Console blocks, opens one row per source: Clicks, Leads, Conversion % and Form.
The Report page
In Report, choose What to show and the Period, with Customize for the dates. The preview at the end of the page is exactly what your client receives.
An A4 PDF
Export PDF downloads the report with highlights, the main numbers, the Impressions → Clicks → Leads funnel from Google and the tables by source and by page.
Your brand
In the Report brand card: Logo, Name of the agency or professional, Main color and Footer. With no logo, the initials of the name show.
Scheduled sends
Schedule a new e-mail send: weekly, fortnightly or monthly, on the day and at the time you choose. Each recipient gets their own message, with the PDF attached.
Sends under control
The Scheduled sends list shows each one's next send, with Send now, Edit and Delete. A send that fails says why.
No cookie, no surprises
Numbers you can show your client.
A report is only worth something if your client can trust it. That is why the add-on would rather stop than show a wrong number:
- No cookie and no personal data: the source stays only in the visitor's tab memory, and name, e-mail and phone are never stored. With a cookie banner compatible with the WP Consent API, the source is only noted when the visitor accepts statistics.
- Leads read live: nothing is copied from the form. A lead that was deleted, trashed or marked as spam leaves the count.
- A test is not a lead: bots, automated browsers, logged-in people who edit posts and sends made in Elementor's preview are left out.
- A failure never becomes zero: if the leads can't be read at that moment, the window, the report and the send stop and say why.
White label
The report is your agency's.
A white label report is one that goes out with the brand of whoever provides the service. Here, the brand belongs to whoever delivers it: your agency, or you as a professional.
Nothing of APC or jode.io
PDF, e-mail, subject and file name show nothing of APC Editorial or jode.io. The client's site appears only as "Site: domain".
Sender and replies
E-mail is sent as is the name your client sees. Replies go to is where their answer arrives. The sending address is the site's, so the e-mail doesn't land in spam.
In the site's language
The report's text comes out in Portuguese when that is the site's output language, and entirely in English for other languages.
A warning before the mistake
If WP Mail SMTP is forcing its own sender name, the Report page and the test e-mail warn you, so the report never goes out with the site's name instead of yours.
Step by step
Your first report in 4 steps.
The add-on comes off. Once on, counting starts right away.
-
Turn on the add-on
In Global Settings › Add-ons/Tools, turn on Conversions + Report and save. It works on the Free plan.
-
Check your forms
Use Elementor Pro or Fluent Forms. In Elementor, each form needs to keep a copy of what is sent; the Report page names any form that doesn't.
-
Turn on Search Console
That's where the Google organic clicks come from. Without it, the rest works, but that row has no clicks.
-
Set your brand and schedule
Fill in the Report brand, use Send a test to me and then Save send.
The numbers by source show up once Google delivers the first fully noted day in Search Console, about 2 to 3 days after you turn it on. The step by step in the docs shows every screen.
Free and PRO
The whole domain is Free.
The window, report, PDF, brand and scheduled sends for the whole site stay on Free. PRO opens the report for each part of the work.
The whole domain, forever
- Leads by source, with the Conversions window on the domain block
- The Report page, the PDF and your agency's brand
- Scheduled sends for the domain, on any plan
Each project, plan and theme
- A report for each project, plan and theme, and the All (one report per level) option
- Search Console for each article and the position with Rank Tracking
- A send of these stays paused while the site has no PRO account and comes back on its own when it does
FAQ
Questions about the SEO report.
Which forms does the add-on count?
Elementor Pro and Fluent Forms forms. You don't paste code or create a field: the plugin takes care of it on its own. In Elementor, each form needs "Collect Submissions" in "Actions After Submit", and the Report page tells you which form keeps no copy.
Does it need a cookie or a cookie banner?
It uses no cookie and stores no personal data. If the site has a banner compatible with the WP Consent API, the source is only noted when the visitor accepts statistics; with no banner, counting is normal.
Why do some leads show as "Not recorded"?
Because their source could not be noted: they arrived before the add-on was turned on, on a day that wasn't fully noted, or without the source mark, for example when the visitor opened the page in a new tab or refused the cookie banner. That row shows the dates and stays out of the total %.
How do I know how many leads came from ChatGPT and other AIs?
In the AI row. It gathers the visits that arrive from assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Copilot. Apps that don't say where the person came from go into Direct / no origin.
Does my client see the APC Editorial name?
No. The report is white label: PDF, e-mail, subject and file name carry only the brand of whoever delivers it, your agency or you. The client's site appears as "Site: domain".
Why doesn't the report show the last few days?
To compare the same days for every source, the count goes up to the last day Google has already delivered in Search Console, which usually runs about 3 days behind. Previous month and previous quarter wait for Google to deliver the whole period, up to 7 days after the set day.
Do the numbers match the form's?
Yes, because the leads are read live from the form. The only differences are the ones that should be there: a lead that was deleted, trashed or marked as spam leaves the count, and tests by people logged in to edit the site don't count.
Does it work on the Free plan?
Yes, for the whole domain: window, report, PDF, brand and scheduled sends. The reports for each project, plan and theme are PRO.
