What APC Editorial is

APC Editorial is a WordPress plugin that plans, writes and publishes your blog articles with AI. The difference is where it starts: with an editorial plan, not a loose keyword.

The idea: the plan comes before the article#

Most AI tools take a keyword and write a standalone article. Without knowing what the site has already published, they end up creating articles that compete with each other for the same Google search and don't link to one another.

APC Editorial starts from a core subject and turns it into a plan: a pillar article, the satellites around it, the search intent of each theme and the publishing order. Every article is born knowing what the others cover.

  1. 01 Core subject You choose it. E.g. employment termination.
  2. 02 Editorial plan Pillar, satellites, search intent and order.
  3. 03 Themes with a briefing What each article covers and what it leaves to its neighbours.
  4. 04 Article Research, writing, SEO and image.
  5. 05 Publishing Right away, scheduled or after your review.
  6. 06 Measurement Impressions, clicks and position of each article.

Every article in 3 layers

Each theme's briefing sets its scope. When writing, the article follows 3 rules:

  • Its scope, in depth. The theme's subject is covered in full.
  • Its neighbours, in a few lines. What belongs to another theme in the plan shows up in short, with a link to it.
  • No question left unanswered. A natural reader question that no theme in the plan covers is answered right there.

This way the reader finds every answer, Google understands which page answers each search, and the articles don't compete with each other.

How the work is organized#

Everything in APC Editorial lives in 4 levels. You move between them with the project switcher at the top of every plugin screen.

The project switcher at the top of every plugin screen: each project with its plans.
The project switcher at the top of every plugin screen: each project with its plans.
  1. 1
Project Silva Law Firm › Employment

A client, a site or a section. It can have subprojects, as many levels deep as you need.

  2. 2
Plan WP plan: Termination, season 1

An editorial campaign, of 2 kinds: WP, for blog articles, and LinkedIn, for posts. Each plan has its own settings: editorial prompt, category, authors, image, scheduling and e-mail.

  3. 3
Theme Just cause for job abandonment

A future article (or post). Each theme has a briefing: the keyword, the question the article answers, its scope, the search intent and the type (Pillar, Satellite, Subsatellite or Asset).

  4. 4
    Article /just-cause-job-abandonment/

The post in your WordPress, with SEO, category, author, image and internal links.

Good to know: no theme enters a plan without a briefing written by AI and compared with every other theme in the plan. That is what keeps you from having 2 articles about the same thing.

What happens when you generate an article#

You click Generate on the theme card, or let the schedule do it for you. From there, APC always follows the same order:

  1. 1
    Competitor researchAlways

Reads the pages that show up on Google, in AI Overviews and in AI Mode for the theme's keyword, and works out what your article will bring that they don't.

    AnthropicDataForSEO (optional)
  2. 2
Case researchIf turned on in the plan

Finds real cases with checked links. For Brazilian law, it looks for decisions on the courts' own sites.

    Perplexity
  3. 3
    Anti-cannibalizationAlways, in WP plans

Compares the theme with the articles the site already has and with the themes still planned, so the new article doesn't compete for the same search with another of yours.

    Anthropic
  4. 4
    ArticleAlways

Writes the full text and the SEO fields: SEO title, meta description, excerpt and tags. The text is never shortened to save money.

    Anthropic
  5. 5
Keyword in the right placeWhen the theme has a keyword

Checks that the main keyword is in the excerpt and the first paragraph, and rewrites only the part that is missing.

    Anthropic
  6. 6
Featured image and alt textIf turned on in the plan

Creates the image with your logo and colour palette, in the size you set, and writes its alt text.

    OpenAIAnthropic
  7. 7
LinkedIn summaryIf turned on in the plan

Writes the post with the image and the article link, for the profile of the article's author.

    AnthropicOpenAI

At the end, the article goes into your WordPress the way you chose: published right away or as a draft. Draft is the default.

If a step fails, the theme card says which one, why, and what to do. A step that is turned on is never skipped silently, and an incomplete article never goes live on its own.

Where each thing happens#

APC Editorial has 2 parts: the plugin, in your WordPress, and jode.io, which does the research and the writing with the AIs.

Your WordPress

The plugin, your projects, plans, themes and articles. Your AI keys are stored here.

jode.io

Receives the request, does the research and writing with your key and sends the result back to your site. It keeps no copy of your key.

The AIs

Anthropic (Claude) writes. OpenAI creates the images. Perplexity and DataForSEO help with research.

That's why the plugin must be connected to your jode.io account to generate: your WordPress starts the work, follows its progress and places the result on the site. Plans, themes and articles always stay on your site.

Your keys, your cost

The AI keys are yours. Each article's cost is billed straight to your account with each provider, with no jode.io markup. The plugin shows what each step of each article cost and lets you set a spending cap.

Key What for Needed?
Anthropic (Claude) Text: themes, briefings, articles and posts. Yes, to generate
OpenAI AI images. Required for LinkedIn plans, which always have an image. If you use AI images
Perplexity Case research. Optional
DataForSEO Google data, Rank Tracking and backlinks. Without it, competitor research uses Anthropic's web search. Optional
Jurisprudências.ai Court decisions for Brazilian law. Optional

Free and PRO#

Free and PRO both work on unlimited sites. The difference is the features, and the rule is simple: anything that uses AI or depends on jode.io is PRO; anything that runs only on your server is Free. The exception is Search Console for the whole domain, which goes through jode.io and is Free.

FREE Forever · US$ 0
  • Search Console for the whole domain
  • IndexNow
  • Conversions and Report (with your brand, as PDF and by e-mail)
  • Image converter (WebP and AVIF) and folder converter
  • Regenerate thumbnails and thumbnail in post types
  • Rename media
  • Repeated images
  • Alt text by hand and the list of images without alt
  • Broken link checker and remove internal links
  • Body shortcodes, in the post editor
PRO US$ 19.90/month or US$ 200.59/year, per user

  • Themes and briefings with AI
  • Articles and LinkedIn posts with AI
  • Competitor research, anti-cannibalization and case research
  • AI images and AI alt text

  • Search Console per article, plan and project, Rank Tracking and backlinks
  • Link Building (Native and AI)
  • Categories, Documents, AI cost history and spending cap
  • Output language and Schema Rank

On Free, the screen stays clean: PRO features don't show up, not even with a lock. When you subscribe to PRO, they appear and turn on by themselves.

Accounts and access#

You sign in to the plugin with the Sign in with jode.io button, using your Google account. The Google e-mail must be the same as your WordPress user's e-mail.

  • Several people on one site. Each team member signs in with their own account and becomes part of the site.
  • PRO is per person. Whoever plans and generates with AI needs their own PRO subscription. One subscription covers all of that person's sites.
  • The site keeps working. Schedules and automatic tasks keep running as long as there is at least 1 PRO account on the site.
  • Anyone who hasn't signed in only sees the plugin's Login screen.

You stay in charge#

  • Nothing goes live without your choice. On every generation you choose Publish or Draft. Draft is the default.

  • The live article is protected. When you regenerate a published article, the new version waits beside it and only replaces the old one when you publish, at the same address and with the same publish date.

  • The client can approve first. The draft can go to the review panel, where the client reads, edits and approves.

  • Regulated sectors, handled strictly. With the Jurídico (legal), Saúde (health) and Finanças (finance) profiles, the text stays within the profile's field, promises no results and never invents experience or credentials.

  • The spending cap pauses, it never downgrades. When the limit is reached, the queue stops. The text is never shortened and the model is never swapped for a weaker one.
